Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your cards, for any reason. Unused cards can be returned for a full refund.

How to cancel

1. Email hello@engineiq.co.uk with your name, the email address you ordered with, and how many cards you're returning.
2. Post the cards back within 14 days of telling us, to: TO CONFIRM
3. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving them, to the card you paid with.

You pay the cost of posting cards back to us, unless they're faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend using a service that gives you proof of postage.

Used cards

Once oil has been put on a card it can't be resold, so we may reduce your refund to reflect that. This doesn't apply if the card was faulty.

Faulty or damaged cards

If a card arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you, including any postage costs.
